STRETCH YOURSELF.

W hile growing up as a child, I used to think the intelligent kids are superhumans. At some point, I almost wrote myself off thinking I can never measure up to their intellectual standards. Little did I know they are humans like me. As time went on, it dawned on me that not all those who are intelligent were born as genius, in actual sense, most of them are those who left their comfort zones and went extra miles to make names for themselves. I then began to wonder why everyone in the world cannot be as intelligent as the so called genius too. But then, that will happen only if we could stretch ourselves. It is much more easier to make plans to acquire more knowledge or skills than it is to actually take steps towards actualizing it. We are so relaxed and lazy to the extent that learning (acquiring) new or more skills and knowledge is hard work. We often get jealous of and envy those who have made names for themselves in their respective fields, but we are oblivious of the f...

STEPS and PROCESS

It is no lie that everyone wants the best of things for themselves. Of course, it is not a bad thing to want to live a life of luxury and comfort. Howbeit, we must come to the realization that we cannot have everything we want and need at a time. Like a popular saying ' Rome was not built in a day  '. Life is a process and we must always learn to follow due process. We must always learn to and admit that there's time for everything. Of course, I know that we want those dreams and aspirations of ours to come to full realization as soon as we want them to, especially when it looks as if most of our mates have gone far ahead of us, relax and take a chill pill. At those points, we only need to appreciate God for what we have that others don't, intensify more effort, keep our faith and hope alive and then see how things begin to fall in pleasant places.
